POSTCARD FROM KENYA
Wafex WA Managing Director Craig Musson and Purchasing Manager Mark Kershaw recently travelled to Kenya to attend ITFEX, the Kenyan Flower Show. Mark and Craig caught up with our partnering farms to discuss the coming season and check out the amazing produce that is coming in from Africa.

This growing show is fast becoming a showcase of the Kenyan floral industry, as well as attracting a truly global audience of growers, propagators, breeders and suppliers.

RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS
As part of our Random Acts of Kindness program, the Wafex WA team visited St Vincent's Nursing Home in Guildford, Western Australia. They team chatted with residents in the common room and presented a selection of flower arrangements showing off native West Australian blooms. The residents were really thankful and loved the natural bright colours.

FARM UpdateHarris Farm in Western Australia is producing good numbers of Helix Waxflower, Sarah’s Delight, Raspberry Ripple, Debutante and Strawberry Surprise. After a mild winter in Victoria, Longford Farm is still harvesting Serruria and a good selection of Leucadendron such as Mauii Sunset, Procerum and Reiwa Gold.
