Wafex is answering wedding bouquet demand in the US with blushing bride protea

BLUSHING brides in the US are this summer being treated to a bumper Australian crop of the same name. The South African native blushing bride flower is a member of the protea family and grown en masse at Wafex Flower Farm’s Longford property. On an elevated 28ha site overlooking the Gippsland Lakes system, farm manager John Campbell tends to a range of Australian and South African natives and wildflowers, including 500 blushing bride bushes.
